- UK Office - 

It is customary that no local transportation is arranged in the country where the offsite takes place. We ask the UK team to make their own way to Windsor, whether by car, carpooling, or public transport and use your mobility budget or company car. Expenses for this trip cannot be charged to Projective Group and are at your own expense. Parking at De Vere Beaumont Estate is free for all guests and charging points are available while various train stations are nearby.

- BE, NL, DE and FR Offices -

For all travellers coming from outside the UK, we will arrange a group booking on the Eurostar or a seat on a flight for our German colleagues.  

Train tickets for May 2025 are not yet available. We anticipate they will be open for booking starting in November and will share the exact timings for each country once confirmed. In the meantime, take into account an early departure on Friday and return on Saturday evening.

 

Please take into account that parking costs or other transportation costs to the train station or airport are at your own expense and cannot be reimbursed.

Just keep in mind the below guidelines: 

Travel Arrangements - if you decide to change your inbound or outbound ticket (or both), you are responsible for booking your own travel. You can book tickets on the same train as the group, but it must be done individually ; we will not book one-ways tickets. Please select ‘own travel’ during the registration process.  

 

Booking tickets - please book your train tickets through the Eurostar website, not Travelperk. The earlier you book, the better the prices. Extended hotel stays and individual transportation or car service cannot be expended (no Rydoo) and are at own cost.  

Train tickets for May 2025 are not yet available for booking. We expect them to be available as from November and recommend checking the website regularly for updates. The earlier you book, the better the prices.

Shuttle Options - On May 9, shuttle busses will run from London St. Pancras train station and Heathrow to the venue. You can join the group shuttle or make your own way to Windsor, but note that self-arranged travel cannot be expensed. On Saturday May 10, shuttles will return to central London (St. Pancras Station) and Heathrow. Please indicate during registration if you need a seat on these shuttles.

Budget Limits - The following limits apply, and the amounts can only be used for booking a train or plane: 

• Belgium & France : 150 EUR 

• The Netherlands: 200 EUR 

• Germany : 300 EUR
